How I work
When I begin a relationship with a new client it’s important to take time to properly understand you and your business.
Usually, the process goes something like this:
The first free phone or video call to get to know each other a little and find out if we’d be a good fit, and if you have a problem I can solve.
If we agree that we should work together, we will go through in detail what you want to achieve and exactly how we can help you do that. If you don’t have a website, that’s where we start. If you have one that’s not working, we’ll need to diagnose the problem before recommending a solution.
Once we’re sure of the way ahead, we’ll implement the strategy. The starting point depends on your specific situation and the diagnosis of your problem.
The three stages of website lead generation
If you’re not getting the results you want from your website, we’ll need to find out why, make a plan and then get on with implementing it.
There are essentially three stages…
ONE: Make your website incredible
The first thing to do is get your website in great shape. The most useful thing for me to do is a website audit. That will give us a really solid improvement plan.

TWO: Improve and grow your traffic
The most effective website in the world is useless if no one ever sees it! You’ll need plenty of visits from your ideal potential customers.
I’ll generate traffic to your website with Search Engine Optimisation and Search Engine Advertising (Google ads).
THREE: Boost your conversion rate
Now it’s time to perfect your lead generation machine by testing, analysing and improving every stage of your user journey.
That process is called Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and it’s the proper magic bit. It’s how you get more leads and enquiries, without spending tons more money on advertising.
