Find out why your website isn't bringing in patients
Your website should be one of your most valuable tools for growing your practice. But if it looks professional and still is not generating enquiries, the problem may not be obvious. A website audit gives you clarity. We review your site in detail, highlight what is holding it back, and provider a practical plan to fix it.

How the audit process works
Get the ball rolling
We start with a simple contract and invoice to keep things clear. You will also complete a short questionnaire (about 20 minutes) so we can learn more about your practice and your goals.
Opening the doors
To do a proper review, we will ask for access to your website CMS, analytics, search console, and any other relevant tools. This gives us the data we need to understand what is really happening behind the scenes.
Kick-off
Next comes the kick-off meeting. This is our chance to talk through your goals and challenges in detail, while we explain what you can expect from the audit.
Deep dive
After the kick-off, we get to work. This is where we analyse your site, your digital marketing activity, and your competitors to uncover what is working and what is holding you back.
Sharing the findings
About a week later, we meet again for the findings meeting. We will walk through the results, highlight any key issues, and give you a clear plan for your next steps.
What you receive
At the end of the process, you will have recordings of both meetings, a detailed recommendations report, and supporting data such as analytics and notes. And as a small bonus, we will send you a brand new notebook.
