I’ve developed a smooth process that makes working with me clear, efficient and enjoyable.
Step 1 - Getting to know you
The first step is the discovery session where I’ll learn more about you and talk through the strategy for your campaign with you. I’ll get to know your practice, locations and the conditions and treatments you want to be found for.
Step 2 - Research & Strategy
Next is the research and strategy. We’ll spend time finding the best keywords, analysing your competitors and coming up with a compelling advertising campaign strategy for you to sign off on.
Step 3 - Technical setup
We’ll set up all of the technical bits and pieces needed to get you up and running, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Conversion tracking tools and reporting.
Step 4 - Writing creative and compelling ads
One of the most important keys to success is writing ads that actually work! We’ll write super compelling ads that get your potential patients clicking on you, and not your competition.
Step 5 - Ongoing management
We’ll continuously optimise your account, making sure your ads are performing as well as possible, selecting and eliminating keywords that are working or not working, and reporting back to you so we can share ideas and improve performance over time.

How much does it cost?
We’ve got three straightforward packages for you to select from, but can also offer bespoke quotes if your business doesn’t easily fall into one of the packages.
I haven't got a website yet, can I still do Google ads?
You can, but we think it is far more effective to run ads that link to a well written and designed website. Your website is your chance to really sell yourself and your practice. We can produce a website from start to finish for you, or work to improve your current one.
How long until I see results from the ads?
We’ve had clients who’ve had new appointments booked within 24 hours of launching the ads, but that’s not guaranteed. The good thing about Google ads is you can set it up and start running it very quickly. However, it still takes time to optimise performance and start generating good results. We always recommend 2-3 months patience before expecting significant enquiry volumes.
Should I do SEO instead of Google ads?
We think the best approach is a healthy mix, but very often you can get quicker results from Google ads. We do offer SEO services too, so we can talk about that with you when we chat.
How do you know what the right keywords are?
We’ve got 8 years experience in private healthcare digital marketing, and spent 3 years running a £20,000 advertising budget across over 20 medical specialities including cardiology, orthopaedics, gynaecology, private GP, general and colorectal surgery and much more – we know how patients search.
