My goal is to create responsible, transparent, and evidence-based marketing that prioritises patient wellbeing over profit.
As part of the ethical running of my business, here is what I do and don’t do.
What I do
Prioritise evidence-based healthcare – I only work with private practices that adhere to established medical guidelines, best practices, and regulatory standards.
Ensure clear, honest communication – I do not exaggerate, mislead, or create false urgency in healthcare messaging.
Respect patient privacy – I advocate for privacy-conscious marketing and ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR).
Work with integrity – I only take on work that I am confident I can deliver to a high standard.
Support ethical marketing initiatives – I follow best practices in transparent marketing and patient-first communication.
What I don’t do
• Promote unproven, experimental, or pseudoscientific treatments – I do not work with businesses that market alternative therapies, miracle cures, or health products that lack scientific backing.
• Amplify misinformation – I fact-check health claims and avoid sensationalised or misleading statements.
• Use manipulative tactics – No deceptive urgency, fear-based marketing, or misleading statistics.
• Exploit patient fears or vulnerabilities – Healthcare marketing should empower patients with accurate, balanced information, not scare them into making decisions.
• Use excessive tracking or surveillance marketing – I avoid invasive tracking technologies that compromise user privacy.
I don’t work in the following sectors
• Unregulated alternative medicine or therapies (e.g. homeopathy, energy healing, detox products)
• Stem cell clinics offering unproven treatments
• Anti-vaccine or anti-medical-establishment organisations
• MLMs selling health or wellness products
• High-risk financial models in healthcare (e.g. exploitative medical tourism, unethical insurance schemes)
I believe that ethical marketing can play a crucial role in improving patient trust in private healthcare. If you align with these values, let’s work together.
